Job summary

Neuberger in Chicago is seeking a Client Reporting & Analytics Analyst to support Non-Investment Grade and Insurance Fixed Income teams. You will Compile portfolio and market materials, including institutional client reports, analytics, and bespoke client exhibits, collaborating with PM, Client Service, IT, Marketing, and Legal.

The role emphasizes building in-depth reports, data transparency, and timely client communications while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in asset management or related industry with focus on client reporting in fixed income or portfolio analytics preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin, Clearwater and Bloomberg preferred.
• Experience in building formula-driven spreadsheets, pivot tables, and macros.
• Analytical and comfortable interpreting fixed income data and statistics.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline-driven work.
• Effective communication with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Non-Investment Grade fixed income strategies to create client reports and analytics.
• Produce monthly client reports and data for institutional and sub-advised clients.
• Provide portfolio analysis and reporting for High Yield and Senior Loan portfolios.
• Serve as go-to expert for data inquiries on portfolio exposures and statistics.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance client service-related strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality with client information and data.
• Stay updated with market trends and developments in fixed income markets.
