Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in asset management or related industry.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, science, or math preferred.
• Progress toward CFA, FRM, or CAIA are a plus.
• Knowledge of financial markets and fixed income.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin, Clearwater and Bloomberg.
• Experience building formula-driven spreadsheets, pivot tables and macros.
• Analytical and comfortable interpreting fixed income portfolio and market data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication with investment, sales and legal teams.
• Team player, collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the firm's Non-Investment Grade fixed income strategies to create client reports and analytics.
• Produce monthly client reports and data for institutional and sub-advised clients.
• Provide portfolio analysis and reporting for High Yield and Senior Loan portfolios.
• Serve as a go-to expert for data inquiries on portfolio exposures and summary statistics.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at enhancing client service-related strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality with client information and data.
• Stay updated with market trends and developments in fixed income markets.
