Job summary

Neuberger seeks an experienced Research Analyst for its Non-Investment Grade Credit platform to deepen research resources and enhance the team’s long-term performance. The role involves identifying investment ideas in the leveraged credit market and contributing to high yield and leveraged loan asset management.

The candidate will join a large team of Analysts, Traders and PMs, performing financial modeling, credit analysis, and industry trend assessments to inform recommendations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years of relevant research experience (sell-side and/or buy-side).
• Strong accounting and financial modeling experience required; CFA or MBA preferred.
• Candidate must obtain Series 7 & 66 within six months of joining.
• Authorized to work in the country where the role is located without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement investment ideas across coverage sectors.
• Evaluate and integrate industry trends into actionable investment recommendations.
• Maintain high quality work product with financial modeling, credit/industry analysis, and written reports for Portfolio Managers.
