Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Client Relations Senior Reporting Analyst to design, produce, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting for the Client Relations team. This role acts as the data analysis SME, ensuring accuracy and consistency of client-facing and internal reports, and identifying trends to support data-driven decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and familiarity with BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
Experience in reporting, data analysis, or business analytics is a plus.
Experience in client relations, customer support, or tax administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, produce, and maintain recurring and ad hoc reporting for Client Relations.
Serve as a subject matter expert for data analysis and Excel-based reporting.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of client-facing and internal reports; identify trends.
Assist with development, QA, and UAT tasks for new clients/products and procedures.
Format and prepare dashboards and reports.
Present findings to upper management and other stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting content and procedures.
Handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
