Job summary

Star Fire seeks an Account Manager to steward and expand our portfolio of institutional accounts on Long Island, including transit authorities and school districts. You will serve as the trusted advisor, coordinate internal teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience while growing recurring revenue.

A secondary focus is building relationships with general and electrical contractors to position Star Fire as their fire alarm subcontractor on retrofit and new installation projects.
