Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Plano is seeking a Finance professional to manage the entire financing process for customers from initial contact to deal finalization. You will review credit applications and reports to determine financing options and secure competitive rates with lending partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license and strong communication skills. Flexibility for weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Ambitious with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for meeting/exceeding goals.
• Able to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Capable of reading credit and submitting/rehashing deals to get approvals.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional appearance and work ethic; strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire financing process for customers, from initial contact to finalizing the deal.
• Review and analyze credit applications, credit reports, and other financial information to determine financing options.
• Negotiate and secure financing with lending institutions for competitive rates and terms.
• Present finance options and related products to customers, explaining features and benefits.
• Collaborate with sales team to maximize finance sales opportunities and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized finance department records and reports.
• Provide ongoing training and guidance to sales staff on finance-related topics.
