Job summary

You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing financial analyses, and client presentations. The SFS group collaborates with Banking, Markets and Trading to originate and structure corporate financing across asset classes, developing marketing content and coordinating with other desks.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a markets related transactional role or front office investment banking.
• Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to learn products across asset classes and industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of transaction structures across asset classes such as Digital Infrastructure ABS and Bespoke Loans.
• Analyze corporate financing needs and identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare client materials and participate in calls/meetings.
• Facilitate client business by responding to inquiries and pitching ideas.
• Coordinate execution with sales, trading, legal, risk and operations.
