Milwaukee Tool is hiring a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to lead administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms and data processes supporting financial planning, reporting, allocations, and decision support.

This senior individual-contributor role combines hands-on system ownership with project leadership, solution design, and cross-functional partnership. The position ensures reliable recurring processes, secure configuration, accurate data, and well-adopted system

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into system configurations and reports.
• Experience with enterprise performance management platforms is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise performance management solution, including security, workflows, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, reports, business rules, and allocations.
• Lead recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, and allocation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor system processes, troubleshoot failures, coordinate resolutions, and communicate impacts clearly.
• Maintain environment readiness and coordinate upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments.
