Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to lead administration, governance, and optimization of enterprise platforms supporting financial planning, reporting, allocations, and decision support.

The role blends hands-on ownership with project leadership, solution design, and cross-functional partnership to ensure reliable processes, secure configurations, and accurate data across the finance stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise applications, financial systems, data processes, or reporting platforms.
• Experience with core system components like security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, and allocations.
• Experience leading system enhancements through requirements, design, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise performance management solution, including security, workflows, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, reports, business rules, and allocations.
• Lead recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, and allocation processes.
• Monitor system processes, troubleshoot failures, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate business impacts.
• Maintain environment readiness and coordinate upgrades, patches, releases, testing, and deployment.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable configurations and automate workflows.
• Coordinate solution design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement improvements to reduce manual effort and improve cycle time.
• Identify opportunities to simplify financial processes while maintaining data integrity.
