Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to lead the administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms supporting financial planning and reporting. This senior individual contributor role combines hands-on ownership with project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive secure, scalable configurations, accurate data, and effective controls while delivering system improvements and cost-effective solutions for the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or administering enterprise financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Experience with security, metadata, workflows, and allocations in ERP/EP M environments.
• Experience leading system enhancements from requirements to deployment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise performance management solution, including security, workflows, metadata, dimensions, forms, reports, business rules, and allocations.
• Lead recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, and allocation processes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor system processes, troubleshoot failures, coordinate resolution, and communicate business impacts.
• Maintain environment readiness and coordinate upgrades, patches, testing, and deployment.
