Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst to lead the administration, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms and data processes supporting financial planning, reporting, allocations, and decision support.

This senior individual-contributor role blends hands-on system ownership with project leadership, solution design, and cross-functional partnership. You will ensure reliable recurring processes, secure configurations, accurate data, effective controls, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, financial systems, data processes, or reporting platforms.
• Experience with security, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, forms, reports, and allocations.
• Experience leading system enhancements from requirements to post-deployment support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise performance management solution, including security, workflows, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, reports, business rules, and allocations.
• Lead recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, and allocation processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor system processes, troubleshoot failures, coordinate resolution, and communicate impacts.
• Maintain environment readiness and coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployments.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable configurations, reports, models, and automated workflows.
• Coordinate design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements to reduce manual effort.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes while preserving controls and data integrity.
• Lead workstreams, communicate risks, and maintain operating procedures and training materials.
