Job summary

ITC Holdings Corp seeks a Financial Systems Specialist, Lead to act as the technical and functional expert for Finance systems, leading planning, reporting, and decision-support solutions. The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering scalable, automated finance processes.

The ideal candidate will drive complex initiatives, manage security and production support, and mentor team members in a hybrid Novi, MI environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional finance system initiatives.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, BI platforms, and data modeling.
• Hands-on with multidimensional data structures, SQL, ETL, and change management.
• Strong communication to translate tech concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional initiatives from requirements through adoption and delivery.
• Clarifies business needs, sets milestones, evaluates options, and drives scalable solutions.
• Builds stakeholder alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Serves as primary technical/functional expert for financial systems.
• Designs and supports reports, dashboards, and planning tools.
• Models, analyzes data and ensures data movement within systems.
• Champions process improvements and automated solutions.
• Manages security, production support, testing, and release management.
• Mentors lower-level staff and external resources when needed.
