Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and system initiatives.
• Hands-on with financial planning, reporting, and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through design, development, implementation, change management, and adoption.
• Navigate ambiguity to clarify business needs, set priorities, and evaluate alternatives.
• Build stakeholder alignment and influence decisions across the organization.
• Serve as the primary technical and functional expert for financial systems.
• Design and support analytical tools, reports, dashboards, and planning solutions.
• Model and analyze data within financial systems and ETL processes.
• Drive process improvements with scalable solutions.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide guidance to team members and support staff.
