IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Finance Business Analyst to transform analytics across Finance, data, and systems. You will own reporting solutions, drive governance, and partner with IT and Controllership to elevate financial insight.

In this role, you will design Power BI dashboards, reconcile data, and help automate processes while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in Finance analytics, BI, or Finance systems.
• Experience with ERP systems like Dynamics 365.
• FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting in a global or multi-entity environment.
• Familiarity with SQL, cloud-data platforms, or data-integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and KPI reporting.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions providing insights into financial and operational performance.
• Develop reporting and analytical solutions using Power BI, DAX, Excel, Power Query, OneStream, and automation tools.
• Validate data accuracy, governance, and resolve reporting issues with Finance and IT teams.
• Support Finance transformation initiatives from requirements to deployment, including training and user adoption.
