Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; if missing 66 but have either 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the investments industry with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships, collaborates effectively with others.
• Communicates effectively and confidently with clients.
• Manages time, navigates complexity and executes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal service providers.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
