Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in investments with knowledge of products and services
• At least 1 year experience in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded
• Ability to build and nurture client relationships and deliver financial plans
• Compliance-focused with regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/managed solutions)
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services
