Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; 63/65 allowed with passing of missing series within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in investments and knowledge of investment products/services.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded.
• Ability to set and achieve goals, build relationships, and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication, time-management, and regulatory due diligence awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triage client requests and refer to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.
