Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients in the Texas market. You will triage client leads, make referrals to business partners, meet with clients to review goals, and build financial plans with brokerage products.

The role supports SAFE Act-related requirements and involves training at a financial center before potential relocation to a nearby center to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required; if you have 63 or 65, offer contingent on passing the missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum one year experience in the investments industry with training and knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum one year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships and to collaborate effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Triages client needs and refers to internal service providers based on client goals and assets.
• Plans and reviews clients' financial goals with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities).
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or existing banking centers.
• Manages risk and complies with regulatory due diligence in daily activities.
