Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a financial professional to provide comprehensive financial guidance and customized solutions to clients, helping them reach their goals through brokerage products and financial planning.

You will triage client leads, refer them to the right partners, review goals with clients, and build plans while meeting regulatory requirements, including SAFE Act considerations for mortgage-related activities. Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63/65).
• Minimum of one year of experience in investments or financial services, or a sales role with goals achieved.
• Strong relationship building and client service mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with all clients.
• Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to apply regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan and recommending brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
