Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses (or the equivalent 63/65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year of investments industry experience with product knowledge.
• Experience in financial services or sales with goals met.
• Ability to set and achieve goals and build client relationships.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and client engagement skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced work, prioritization and time management.
• Awareness of regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act requirements.
• Monday–Friday work with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligning with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Coach and provide feedback to referral partners on client needs and products.
