The role requires regulatory licenses (Series 7 & 66) and a proven ability to build relationships in a fast-paced, in-office environment focused on collaboration, growth, and service to clients.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63/65 with plan to pass missing series).
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments and financial services; sales experience a plus.
• Experience meeting or exceeding goals; strong relationship building and collaboration.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Triages client leads and refers to internal partners based on asset thresholds.
• Develops financial plans and recommends brokerage products to clients.
• Meets with clients to review goals and adjust strategies.
• Provides coaching to referral partners and manages risk in daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals and center networks.
• Supports customers with banking and investment solutions aligned to goals.
