Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring a Strategic Finance & Operations Lead to sit at the intersection of revenue, go-to-market, and financial strategy. You’ll own the financial models, pricing frameworks, and operational processes that power Fireworks’ commercial engine, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to accelerate deals and scale the business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate finance into clear recommendations for non-finance audiences.
• Experience or strong interest in using AI agents and tooling to develop efficient workstreams.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; CRM data experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Experience building financial models from scratch and with revenue recognition concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own financial models, pricing frameworks, and operational processes powering the commercial engine.
• Build dynamic financial and operating models to evaluate new sales strategies and pricing models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to operationalize new product offers.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process automation to reduce friction and cycle time.
• Support Sales leadership with funnel analysis, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasting.
• Assist with capital planning, corporate finance, and investor relations as needed.
