AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a qualified accountant to prepare financial statements for multiple entities and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role includes monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting month-end close processes.

You will work cross-functionally with departments, analyze variances, and help drive process improvements with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years financial accounting preferred.
• Professional communication skills required (written and oral).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Prior knowledge and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple entities and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate reconciling items.
• Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries and resolve reporting errors.
• Assist in month-end close processes and preparation of financial reports.
