Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to bridge accounting results with business strategy. You will own monthly and quarterly reporting, analyze variances, and develop MD&A-style materials for leadership.

You will partner with Accounting and FP&A, improve reporting processes, and support forecasting, capital planning, and KPI analysis in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in financial reporting, accounting, FP&A, or a related finance function.
• Ability to translate numbers into business insights with clear storytelling.
• Strong GAAP understanding and financial reporting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Turn monthly and quarterly results into clear reporting and actionable insights.
• Analyze variances vs budgets and forecasts; identify drivers.
• Develop MD&A and KPI-integrated management reporting.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to align actuals with forecasts.
• Explain performance across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Support forecasting, capital planning, and asset reporting.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
