Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior-level Navy budget execution experience.
• Working knowledge of DoD and Navy financial management regulations.
• Experience with DoD FMR guidance.
• Knowledge of Navy audit standards.
• Experience using N-ERP for Navy budget execution.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and track procurement packages for USNO projects while ensuring required business rules are followed.
• Input financial transactions into N-ERP and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
• Develop desk guides and SOPs; support audit readiness and contract closeout.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards for briefs to leadership.
• Support budget reconciliation and respond to system/process issues.
