ORBIS seeks a Program/Financial Analyst to support NAVSEA RADIAC at the Washington Navy Yard, DC. You will provide program management support to the Director and staff, and engage in budget execution, documentation, and financial oversight.

Requirements include 5+ years as a government-focused financial analyst, Navy ERP/POM experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a secret clearance. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a financial analyst supporting a government agency, preferably with the Navy.
• Experience working within the Navy ERP system, POMs, and appropriations (OPN, SCN, and O&M) is desired.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Aufgaben

• Applies finance and budget-related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, principles, concepts and methodology used in PPBES in the timely execution of Navy appropriations.
• Prepares execution documents as the primary budget execution point of contact for the program.
• Coordinates with field personnel to ensure funding is received and allocated in a timely manner and kept within budget controls.
• Prepares supplemental budget documentation and presentations for management of acquisition, business and infrastructure programs.
• Monitors and reports financial performance, analyzes obligations and expenditures, and recommends improvements to obligation rates.
• Reviews budgets and provides financial oversight to ensure efficient use of funds; recoups unliquidated obligations when necessary.
