Qualifications

• Senior – 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Master's degree required; substitutions acceptable as described (see Education).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain IPT spend plans using CSPT.
• Track obligations vs Navy benchmarks and identify risks.
• Process funding documents in Navy ERP for CIV approval.
• Prepare data for Program Budget Review (PBR) cycles and briefs.
