Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Financial Program Analyst to provide financial, project management, and programmatic support for assigned programs and projects in Florida. You will maintain project and financial data in ERP systems and other PM tools, support planning, scheduling, funding tracking, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or project management.
• Three years of experience in financial, project, or program management support.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
• Strong Excel, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project and financial information within ERP and other project management tools.
• Support project planning, scheduling, milestones, deliverables, and financial reporting.
• Track incoming and outgoing funding documentation and financial obligations.
• Prepare monthly Milestones & Deliverables reports for department management.
• Assist with data analysis, project coordination, reporting, and action-item tracking.
• Support change management, program performance, and communications activities.
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide recommendations to support program planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
