Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Financial Program Analyst to provide financial, project management, and programmatic support for assigned programs. This role maintains project and financial data within ERP and other tools, supports planning, scheduling, funding tracking, and reporting, and assists with analysis and communication activities.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of multi-tasking while supporting leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
3 years of experience in financial, project, program, or business management support.
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
Strong Microsoft Excel, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain project and financial information within ERP and other project management tools.
Support project planning, scheduling, milestones, deliverables, and financial reporting.
Track funding documentation and financial obligations.
Prepare monthly Milestones & Deliverables reports for department management.
Assist with data analysis, project coordination, reporting, and action-item tracking.
Support change management, program performance, and communications activities.
Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provide recommendations to support program planning, scheduling, and execution.
