EPS Corporation is seeking a Financial Program Analyst to provide financial, project management, and programmatic support for assigned programs. You will maintain project and financial data within ERP systems and support planning, funding tracking, and reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting program leadership and department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of experience in financial, project, program, or business management support.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
• Strong Excel, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project and financial information within ERP and other project management tools.
• Support project planning, scheduling, milestones, deliverables, and financial reporting.
• Track funding documentation and financial obligations.
• Prepare monthly Milestones & Deliverables reports for department management.
• Assist with data analysis, project coordination, reporting, and action-item tracking.
• Support change management, program performance, and communications activities.
• Document workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide recommendations to support program planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
