Job summary

Sandisk in California seeks a Lead Financial Analyst - BU Finance to drive complex financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Consumer business. The role requires ownership of major planning processes and strong business partnership with senior stakeholders.

The position demands extensive Excel modeling, financial acumen, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights for executives. A hands-on IC role with leadership responsibilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience; experience supporting BU/Supply Chain preferred
• Strong knowledge of product COGS, Inventory Management, product cost savings preferred
• Advanced Excel with complex financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience translating complex financial data into clear insights for executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence
• Experience leading or mentoring finance team members (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities for the Consumer business.
• Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations and influence decisions with data-driven insights.
• Independently own major planning processes, develop financial frameworks, and provide strategic and operational finance support to senior stakeholders.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to cross-functional partners.
