Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; 5+ years of FP&A or accounting experience.
• Advanced PC skills including Excel and Google Suite; experience with Oracle EPM and Smart View.
• Proficiency with Thoughtspot, Tableau, Netsuite; ability to build financial models in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting; compare to plans and budgets; mentor others in processes.
• Own budgeting, planning and forecasting; lead teams; document assumptions and variances clearly.
• Manage operating and capital budget processes; prepare communications and lead discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop ad-hoc financial and scenario analyses; present conclusions concisely to executives.
• Monitor macroeconomic conditions and industry trends to inform forecasts and budgets.
