• Ensure documentation, accounting, and auditability of funds with traceability to DoD/DFAS guidelines.
• Identify and improve internal controls; analyze pay, entitlements, and accounting to resolve complex discrepancies.
• Provide expert interpretation of DoD/DFAS guidelines and support timely financial reporting to the Comptroller.
