Job summary

TUTCO, LLC, a leading manufacturer of heating elements, seeks a Financial Controller in Cookeville, Tennessee. This role reports to the Divisional Finance Director and leads the finance function across sites within Flex-Tek Group.

You will develop financial strategies, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and provide strategic guidance to leadership while driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Experience leading a finance team in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership for the organization; guide monthly close and financial reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and segment-based reporting; support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop a multi-site finance team; implement financial strategies and controls.
