Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Controller-level experience, ideally in a middle-market setting.
• Public accounting/audit foundation with transition to industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the accounting function, processes, and infrastructure.
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and controls.
• Partner with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives.
• Develop scalable processes to support company growth.
• Drive improvements around reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Support project-based and cost-accounting needs within the business.
