Job summary

YCM USA is seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead the finance function, overseeing accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and internal controls. This role partners with the General Manager and HQ Finance, ensuring governance and alignment with Group policies.

Key duties include monthly close, financial reporting, audits, and transfer pricing support. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in multinational finance, IFRS knowledge, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in finance/accounting with multinational exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external auditor relationships.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
• Partner with HQ Finance for consolidation and governance.
