Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Ten years or more of related experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Oversee accounting department operations including AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls; minimize risk.
• Coordinate with HR on benefits and with auditors during audits.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under GAAP/IFRS.
• Manage cash forecasting and collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning.
