You will lead month-end and year-end closes, manage budgeting and forecasting, and support audits and financial analysis to enable strategic decision-making.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, ERP system experience, and demonstrated leadership in a high-accuracy environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting or finance experience, incl. financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Experience supervising accounting personnel.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
• Experience with construction WIP.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for accurate GAAP reporting.
• Prepare and review GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and supporting documentation.
• Establish accounting policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; support audits and tax coordination.
• Oversee system and process improvements in accounting; implement automation where applicable.
• Lead and develop accounting staff; allocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with executives on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
