Primary Recruiting Services in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a senior-level accounting leader to oversee month-end closes, financial reporting, and a regional accounting operation. You will lead a small team, manage budgeting and forecasting, and ensure internal controls across AP/AR and inventory.

The role supports ERP implementation, cost control initiatives, and collaboration with senior leadership on strategic reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
5+ years accounting experience with project/inventory accounting and close processes.
Supervisory or management experience preferred; construction/manufacturing exposure helpful.
Strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP preferred).

Responsabilités

Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
Lead a small accounting team handling daily accounting activities.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
Oversee AP/AR, inventory accounting, and internal controls.
Partner with operational leadership on project costs and performance.
Support audits and an ERP implementation to streamline processes.
Collaborate with senior leadership on reporting and strategic initiatives.
