CJ Schwan’s in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Retail/CPG finance team. Lead FP&A for retail CPG, forecast, budget, analyze profitability, cost drivers, and ROI; build models and provide actionable insights to leadership.
The role collaborates cross-functionally, supports monthly close, allocations, and ad hoc analyses. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 5+ years in retail/CPG, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP/SQL/BEx.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in retail/CPG.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the retail CPG business.
- Analyze profitability, expenses, costs, and key drivers.
- Support monthly budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive planning, decision-making, and performance improvements.
- Develop financial models and perform ROI, pricing, costing, and capital investment analyses.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and support allocations across units.
