Job summary

Responsibilities include managing growth incentive rebates, reading contracts, and delivering monthly performance analyses. This platform-focused role requires expertise in Excel, SAP, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Experience interpreting and executing growth incentive programs and payouts.
• High Excel expertise along with ability to interpret growth incentive programs.
• Experience with SAP and BPC a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Vistex/BW to set up and manage payout of dealer/distributor growth incentive program rebates for the US.
• Read and understand rebate program contracts to execute them.
• Manage monthly reporting on growth incentive programs.
• Collaborate with legal and US finance on contract questions.
• Communicate rebates status to key accounts and finance teams.
• Maintain distributor/dealer pricing tier grid for all product lines.
• Update customer price lists for direct customers.
• Monitor distributor performance for rebate programs.
• Draft and tailor rebate program contracts or amendments.
• Lead system testing and implementation of SAP, BW, and Vistex platforms.
