Hollister Incorporated in Libertyville, IL, seeks a Senior Category Specialist to lead category management, sourcing, and supplier performance for assigned spend categories. This role applies procurement standards, processes, and systems to address moderately complex needs and support cross-functional or global initiatives.

This position is based in Libertyville with an onsite requirement of 4 days in the office weekly, and you will partner with Legal, Finance, and stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of related experience
• Experience managing sourcing projects and supplier relationships
• Experience in multi-site, global, or matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute category plans.
• Lead moderate sourcing initiatives including RFx and supplier assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand demand, budgets, and risk to form sourcing strategies.
• Analyze spend, market, and supplier data to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate supplier performance reviews and drive value creation.
• Support contracting, approvals, and procurement risk management with Legal/Finance.
