Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Senior Analyst, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to design, configure, and support SAP IBP across supply and demand planning. You will optimize planning models, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into scalable IBP solutions.

Applicants must reside within commutable distance to Libertyville or Nashville and be able to come to the office at least four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of related experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP, including supply and demand planning modules.
• Strong understanding of planning data models, key figure calculations, and aggregation logic.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP IBP solutions supporting supply and demand planning processes.
• Develop and optimize planning areas, including planning levels, attributes, and key figure calculations.
• Ensure accurate aggregation and disaggregation logic across planning models.
• Analyze and resolve calculation issues, data inconsistencies, and system defects within IBP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning processes with business requirements.
