Job summary

Hollister Incorporated is seeking a Senior/Lead Analyst, Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to design, configure, and support SAP IBP solutions across supply and demand planning. You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions while ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Candidates must be able to come into the office at least 4 days a week and reside within commutable distance to Libertyville, IL or Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP IBP in supply and demand planning.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain SAP IBP solutions for planning processes.
• Develop planning areas, attributes, and key figure calculations.
• Ensure accurate aggregation/disaggregation logic across models.
• Analyze calculation issues, data inconsistencies, and defects in IBP.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align planning with business needs.
• Monitor end‑to‑end data flows across IBP, S/4HANA, ECC, BW.
• Document configurations and support governance and knowledge sharing.
