Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, FP&A, or business analytics.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and reporting across matters, clients, and practice groups.
• Build pricing analyses for new matters and alternative fee arrangements.
• Monitor profitability and performance across the organization and matters.
• Analyze potential hires and support strategic financial initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and improve reporting processes.
