ProAct Pharmacy Services is seeking a Business Analyst to partner cross-functionally and interpret financial, operational, and client data to deliver summary reports that improve efficiency and profitability across the organization.

The role involves developing cost analyses, dashboards, and forecasting, collaborating with finance and department managers, and deploying automated SQL solutions to meet reporting needs and drive improvements in underwriting and pricing performance.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent real-world experience.
• B.S. in Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop cost analysis and projections for business partners and internal departments.
• Provide and analyze dashboard reporting for ProAct Pharmacy Services regarding overall business performance, medication margins, and cut reports.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end financial performance documents.
• Recommends systems process improvements for various ProAct departments and ProAct Pharmacy Services.
• Build out automated solutions using SQL to solve complex reporting and calculating needs.
• Assist with annual underwriting preparation and forecasting.
