Job summary

Perpay is seeking a Mid-Level Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team. You will analyze business trends, build financial models, and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with Accounting and Analytics, distill complex information, and report on initiatives and metrics. You will work closely with leadership to support budgeting, planning, and ad hoc analyses, helping optimize processes and drive efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Excel proficiency (core functions, lookups, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the financial modeling of our existing operations and key initiatives
• Own and drive various strategic ad hoc projects and analyses while working directly with the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Finance Manager
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger
• Build communications with internal and external stakeholders, including Perpay Department Heads and external partners
• Own and champion process improvement efforts to streamline financial planning and budget management procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy
