Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support planning process and annual budget/forecast.
• Support quarterly reviews and exec reports.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly results vs plan and benchmarks.
• Analyze productivity and initiatives' impact on finances.
• Ensure dashboard accuracy and reconciliation (PMD, Labor Dashboard).
• Perform or compile ad hoc analyses as needed.
