KBR, Inc in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Business Analyst to support complex defense program operations. You will analyze performance, assist with budget development and execution, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership, coordinating with government customers and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of professional experience in business analysis, program management, financial management, acquisition support, or related government program functions.
• Experience supporting planning, programming, budgeting, and execution activities for government or defense programs.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial reports, budget documentation, or program performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of federal acquisition processes and program lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, programming, budgeting, and financial management activities for assigned programs throughout all lifecycle phases.
• Analyze program execution data, funding requirements, obligations, and expenditures to support informed decision-making.
• Assist in the development, review, and justification of budget submissions, forecasts, and program funding documentation.
• Support acquisition planning activities, contract execution monitoring, and coordination of procurement-related actions.
• Prepare reports, briefings, financial analyses, and status updates for program leadership and government stakeholders.
• Track program milestones, schedules, manpower requirements, and resource allocations to support successful program execution.
• Support development and review of Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Program Budget Guidance (PBG), and related planning documents.
• Evaluate program performance metrics and identify risks, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and customer requirements.
