Responsibilities

  • Ensure program funding is properly maintained.
  • Support budget formulation for POM inputs.
  • Act as liaison between the Program manager and CFO Team.
  • Serve as liaison between Program Manager and CFO Team.
  • Track MIPR execution and harmonize DFAS reporting data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by PMs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Works closely with the program manager to ensure the program and the program’s projects funding is properly maintained.
  • Supports the budget formulation for Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs.
  • IAW guidance from the program manager, develop spend plans in support of POM initiatives.
  • Act as the principal liaison between the Program manager and CFO Team.
  • Tracks MIPR level execution by project, integrates Service/Agency MIPR reporting data (distribution, obligation, accrual, disbursement, PM expenditure) data with FM tracking and DFAS reporting data.
  • Execute other duties as assigned by the PMs.
Minimum Skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or nine (9) to twelve (12) years' work-related experience in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
  • Experience working within the NCR region with DoD and/or Service organizations and individuals.
  • Requires expertise with specialized experience in the TRMC financial processes.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively across a multi-Service environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the DAI financial system.
